Nepal’s rural and semi-urban regions, including districts like Sarlahi, possess immense human potential. However, for decades, talented youth from these areas have faced serious challenges—limited access to quality higher education, economic constraints, lack of professional exposure, and the need to migrate far from home in search of opportunities. This imbalance has not only affected individual lives but has also slowed the growth of the local and regional economy.

The establishment of a Business Administration college in this region is therefore not merely an academic initiative; it is a social and economic necessity.
